(i) Checked initially by the 2artgallery offices at the point of creation.
(ii) Reviewed by customers online prior to customer shipping.

Satisfaction Guarantee - Non-personalized paintings
For non-personalized products, including original and replica artworks, if you are not completely satisfied with your artwork for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of initial delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.

Our process has several steps:
When we receive a photo from you, we first review it to ensure that its resolution is high enough, and that it is clear enough, so that our painters can see all its details clearly. If it doesn't meet our requirements, we will contact you immediately so you can either upload another photo instead, or, if you wish, we will refund your initial payment.

When we have finished turning your photo to painting, we first check it in our gallery, to see that its quality meets our high standards. If it doesn't, we send it back to be amended or even repainted.

We take a photo of the painting, and let you review it online, so you can either confirm it (more than 90% of our paintings are confirmed by our customers when reviewing them in the first time, due to our preceding quality control process).
If you want us to make certain modifications, please try to be as clear as possible, and we will be happy to modify the painting accordingly, and send it back for you to review it again.
We only ship the painting to you when you are completely satisfied with it.
